The Weight of Power

You speak of strength
as if it is given.

As if the world
hands it gently
to those who ask.

It does not.

Power is not granted.
It is taken
from doubt,
from fear,
from every weakness
you refuse to carry any longer.

The weak call it cruelty.

The strong call it truth.

You want a peaceful world?

Then understand this

peace is not created
by kindness alone.

It is enforced
by those powerful enough
to protect it.

A world without power
is a world without order.

And a world without order
will always return to chaos.

You ask what makes a person strong.

It is not talent.
It is not destiny.

It is the moment
They stop waiting
to be saved.

The moment
They stand alone
and decide

“I will become
what this world cannot break.”

Most people
Fear that path.

Because power has a cost.

It demands your comfort.
your illusions.
the version of you
that wished life were easier.

And in return

it gives you clarity.

You begin to see people
as they are.

Not as they pretend to be.

Not as you hope them to be.

But as they truly are
when they have something to lose.

That is why
those who rise
often stand alone.

Not because they wish to

But because few can stand
at that height.

So do not speak to me
of fairness.

The world has never been fair.

It has only ever been
balanced
by those strong enough
to shape it.

And if you wish to change it

Then stop asking for permission.

Become powerful enough
that the world
has no choice
but to listen.
